Jacob Mayoral, MS, CSCS
Instructor, Department of Kinesiology
Jacob holds a Master’s in Kinesiology: Sport Performance from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology: Health Professions from Azusa Pacific University. Currently a faculty member at Azusa Pacific, he teaches courses such as Biomechanics of Human Movement, Human Anatomy and Physiology, and Exercise Physiology Lab while mentoring students academically and professionally. With a strong background in personal training and exercise science, Jacob is certified as a NASM corrective exercise specialist, NSCA certified personal trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and is passionate about advancing the field of kinesiology by integrating teaching, research, and service to prepare students to contribute to it.
